Church of the Highlands, based out of Birmingham, is beginning a new campus right here in Montgomery, AL!
We are launching the church on August 15th at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center Theater downtown.  Everyone is welcome!  It is sure to change lives!

This class is a Small Group of the Church of the Highlands.  The format is basically the same.  Prayer and scripture are a basis here and it is your safe place.

Hogan's Gym in Montgomery (Bobby Bear-owner) http://hogansgym.com/index.htm has kindly allowed us to use their facility for our small group classes!

These classes are FREE to everyone. All are welcome no matter churched or unchurched.  You will get a wonderful workout and feel refreshed when you leave!

Please bring:
Yoga mat
Towel
Water
Block if needed
Wear comfortable clothing!

ALWAYS consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

I do have mats and blocks for you to borrow if you are just wanting to try!
