The classes are $10 a month due on the first of the month.  Your first visit is free! 
We meet in the Family LIfe Center at the back of the Church.

Bring:
a Yoga mat
towel
water
yoga block if needed
wear comfortable clothes
ALWAYS consult a physician before beginning an exercise program.

(I do have Yoga mats and blocks to borrow if you are just wanting to try the class)
Yoga is a journey much like life and it does take practice!
